The initial hearing tests and the setting and fitting of the hearing aids with the necessary explanations, a fortnight later, were undertaken by a different hearing aid specialist on the two occasions.
Both practitioners were friendly, patient and helpful. I was pleased that the NHS had employed reputable Specsavers. It is a comfort to know that I will receive a telephone follow-up call two weeks after fitting to enquire if I have any problems with my new appliances; if so a further visit to the outlet will be arranged for any necessary adjustment(s) to be made. A first class service throughout and much patient satisfaction.
