"unhappy with reception staff!!!"

About: University College Hospital

Found reception staff very poor, the person I spoke to was very disinterested with my explanation as to why we were there, tufted because I couldn't remember my partner's hospital number ( he had been discharged 10 days previous) and then just indicated to the chairs. I must say triage nurse and subsequent treatment very good.
