"Over 4 hour wait on ward C32"

I am writing to complain about the qmc c32 ward as during a visit for a 15wk scan I found my partner and myself waiting to see a doctor from 2pm onward and ended up signing ourselves out as we where told all the doctors have gone to theatre. my partner was in pain during the full waiting which made things a lot worse, we also had no updates from any nurses on our wait time, we asked several times during being seated and informed we where next. This treatment is not good enough and we want a full written apology from the ward manager with detail why this occurred!
