"Went above and beyond"

I presented to Minor Injuries with back and lower abdominal pain. Even though I needed a GP and as it was within working hours they couldn't help me, one nurse went above and beyond calling around local surgeries to get me seen. They were polite, informative and prompt. Could not have received a better service. I am so grateful for the extra effort that went in. It made such a difference when I was in horrible pain. Thank you.
