Dear Anonymous Many thanks for the update on your son and I can only apologise for the initial lack of clarity on his care which has meant you had to bring him back again to be admitted through our A&E department again. I have passed on your comments to the department involved but if you would like to talk through your visit to us with one of our Patient Experience team so we can understand the bits of your experience that made this such a poor initial visit for you we would really value this so that we can try to improve things in future for patients visiting our hospitals and services. You can either contact me (Wendy Stobbs) on 01254 734471 or email me on wendy.stobbs@elht.nhs.uk. many thanks again for the update and best wishes for a speedy recovery for your son Wendy Stobbs, Patient Experience Facilitator.
