The story would be too long. Suffice to say that EVERYTHING complained about with regard to nursing care I have witnessed with my father and experienced myself. From neglect to outright disinterest. Put simply, without family or outside support the ordeal of a patient would be unbearable. I only write here as I wish to add my voice to the chorus, as up until I believed there was nothing that could be done about it. Maybe there isn't and we must all fear for our time in hospital. But let's hope things can be changed.
