"Valuable service and wonderful staff"

I just wanted to say thank you. My mum and I have had the need of the Walk-In facility on more than one occasion. I noticed how kind and considerate everyone was, polite and efficient. When you are ill or maybe alone and vulnerable it means alot to be treated with the respect and courtesy.

It must be trying at times for all of you as I am sure you get all sorts of people through the doors, some of whom are ungrateful and maybe aggressive. Remember that the worse they are the more afraid they are.

We just wanted you all to know how grateful we are, just to know there is somewhere to go where you will be seen. Our treatments were dental and we really found the staff wonderful.

So keep up the good work and know that what you do is really valuable. Even a smile or kind word of reassurance to a person in distress brings them healing.

Thank you for letting us know how happy you were with the service you received and that you found the experience very positive due to the kindness and effeciency of the staff.

As you say it is difficult at times as we deal with all sorts of people, but we aim to give the same care to everyone and it is nice for our staff to know it is appreciated. We try to treat everyone with dignity and respect and as you said sometimes those who are being difficult is often because they are frightening or unsure and need reassurance.

It is good to hear when we are doing a good job, and I hope you don't need the service too often but if you do you will feel confident that you are receiving an excellent service from caring staff who want to do the best for you.
