I came to A&E with my son on Friday as an urgent case. Every person we saw from reception to the Registrar were fantastic. We were seen quickly. We were reassured the whole time and one nurse in particular stayed with my son the whole time which was great as he is only little and it was very scary for him. Not only were the staff great with my son but they managed me, naturally an emotional wreck, very well too! I know people are so quick to talk about their bad experiences at Medway A&E, especially with recent CQC reports, but honestly could not fault our experience at all and I would feel total confidence in them if I ever needed to return.
