"Inefficient follow up appointment"

About: East Surrey Hospital

(as the patient),

Following a GP appointment in early June I briefly say a consultant at ESH who referred me for a MRI scan. Instead of showing were the appointment department was I went home.

Weeks later I received an "appointment pack" for the MRI scan for a time I cannot fulfil. So at special additional expense on the NHS I have got to rearrange it.

If I had been able to discuss the appointment before I left the hospital I could have discussed the time then and not incurred the additional extra cost of administration.
