Had a knee replacement in June 2014 at St Michaels. Fantastic care before, during and after the procedure (have an extreme needle phobia). Friendly, committed staff from house keeping to nursing to theatre staff. Please keep St. Michaels open, felt I was treated as a family member and not an inconvenient and inconsequential number
