"Amazing at the urgent care clinic"

Called 111 to ask for the nearest walk in GP and was told that for my condition I should go to A&E!!! (Sore throat) - I instead attended the walk in UCC.... the staff were kind, polite and very positive and smiley! - I felt sorry for the staff who had to deal with some very inpatient patients! Walking in and seeing a doctor or very experienced emergency nurse in 1.5 hours is a very good time!
