What I liked on arriving from the midlands we were made to feel very comfortable, the staff introduced them selves and first impressions were that of a very caring environment all staff appeared very apprachable. What could be improved? the waiting room for parents did look a little drab may be a lick of paint and prehaps new seating however this is all cosmetic the care is the most important thing, no complaints there. Anything else? my sisters 3 week old baby is currently been treated at this hospital, they are from the west midlands,we are very pleased with the progress that has been made so far,my sister and her husband were very worried about the living accomadation and were concerned about the cost impplications however these concerns were dealt with as the staff have been fantastic and all anxities have been addressed .They have have been very complimentry about the homely environment that has been created and the support from staff and parents and also the relaxed approach that the staff adopt when dealing with visitors.
