What I liked Very helpfull and friendly staff Doctor/Consultant is very approachable, informative, caring and takes the time to find something positive to say about every treatment scenario. What could be improved? Patient consultation process needs improvement. blood pressure monitoring equipment is obsolete Anything else? Management need to leverage the patient representatives in order to actually talk to patients regarding policies that will greatly affect them rather than second guessing and creating policies without proper consultation. This approach alienates and disempowers the patients and can only be counterproductive to the goals of the unit.
