I accompanied my mum to her pre-op for her breast surgery and I couldn't have been more pleased with how lovely the staff were! Although the receptionist was a little abrupt the nurses that took care of my mum were genuine and very caring. They took the time to engage in conversation ensuring my mum was at ease and that she understood everything. The nurses took the time to listen to my mum and answered all her questions in depth. We were seen quickly and everything was done to a high standard. The standard of care was of high quality. Thank you.

I am delighted to hear that you had a positive experience with your mum through her pathway of care from clinic to pre-op for her surgery. It is great to hear that your mum was given the time and went away with a full understanding of her plan of care. I shall share your comments with the Breast care nurses and in pre-operative clinic as well as your comments regarding the receptionist.
