What I liked
The care of my partner was on the whole fantastic. Most of the staff were very friendly and relaxed, and he seemed to recover very well under their care and attention.
What could be improved
One member of the nursing staff on H1 was incredibly rude and obnoxious towards myself and other visitors. When visiting hours were ending we would be abruptly told to leave as she shooed us off the ward despite there still being 15 minutes left.
Communication was poor between us and the medical staff - we were under the impression that the stay would be 1 or 2 days, not the apparently 'routine 5 days'.....staff could have been more informative and involving.
