What I liked

I accompanied my cousin for an epidural injection (day Surgery Unit ) and was very impressed by the way both of us were received, especially my cousin, who is an elderly lady and in some distress due to her pains, The procedure was made clear to her, the nurses were reassuring and she was treated with great care, making her visit very successfull and full of praise for the hospital. Many thanks for all the work you do, looking after so many patients with dedication and always with a smile on your faces. 10/10 for the N.H.S.

What could be improved

From my experience on that day, nothing needs improving.
