About: Charing Cross Hospital

Despite an ongoing problem, and being seen by a consultant, when the situation got worse and extremely painful, I could not get a follow up appointment. No one seemed to care. Waiting time, once you have an appointment is regularly in excess of 90 minutes. The surgey is always overbooked and understaffed. If you complain, you are told 'that's NHS for you'.
