"A&E ST Peters"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

i was sent via my locum GP via ambulance, i must say a bit OTT i only went in for a neck injury but he saw i had had an accident and blood test came back high for DVT so was being a bit over cautious, but what do i really know. ambulance staff were very caring well the young lady more than the young man ha ha wasn't keen on his driving either. once in A&E the staff were fantastic all of them, they attended my needs happy and helpful checking you were OK,quick assessment given neutralizers to help my breathing same as in the ambulance, i was then taken to the next department had all sorts of tests ex rays the Doctor was one of the kindest people i have met very caring listened to you and reassured you at each stage he informed what the problems were and what the medications did, he provided me with all my medications in a bag i must say i was in a bit of a state and failed to get his name, but i wish there were a lot more like him. also i must comment on the young nurse dealing with me she was fantastic always had a smile caring helped me ring my husband as i didn't know how to use his phone, then she provided me with a hot drink and a very fresh sandwich, she took great care removing my needles from my arm, it made me feel very safe and secure in that department. Well done and thank you
