"Pleased with the efficiency of my care"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

I went to the asthma clinic yesterday, the doctor rang in the evening to ask me to go for a chest X-ray, sent the request electronically through to NNUH and today I went and was seen and Xrayed within 10 minutes, less than 24 hours since my appointment yesterday. Well done Hethersett surgery and NNUH for fantastic effeciency and excellent patient care, and all with a smile.
