My 89 year old father was transferred to the stroke ward in July &, though he didn't regain consciousness, all the staff looking after him could not have done any more to make him comfortable. His every need was taken care of. Being paralysed he couldn't move so they kept turning him. Also cleaning him when needed & they couldn't have been more caring for me when he unfortunately passed away. Being a stranger in London they also took the time to give me the necessary paperwork & to explain where to go, even providing a street map of the area. No matter what bad write-ups the NHS gets I for one will always be there to disagree. Thank you Charing Cross Hospital.
