(as the patient),

I collapsed in the middle of town and the ambulance staff were amazing maintained my dignity the whole time. They spoke to me and explained what they were doing every step of the way and made me feel at ease.

The staff were exceptional.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
