I have my right cataract done and I have had to start from the very beginning to get an appointment for my second assessment, which has been cancelled by phone because the doctor is not available, this after receiving a reminder of my appointment the day before, I was told that an appointment would be made at the earliest time possible, I will not hold my breath.

The management team for the specialty are working to resolve the problems affecting the service. Patients who have suffered cancellations are being reappointed as quickly as possible. Any patients with specific concerns are advised to contact the Trust directly.
