"Warm, friendly, polite, caring and helpful staff at Castle Hill"

Having attended the Day Care Unit at Castle Hill on two occasions in the last six months, I would just like to thank all the staff for being so helpful, friendly and caring.

Nothing is too much trouble for any of them and even though I was nervous about attending both times they managed to allay my fears.

The after care too is exemplary. After suffering complications after my first visit I rang the unit and they couldn't do enough to help me. Right down to the sister ringing me back a few days later to see how I was and if she could do anything else.

It is also a lovely clean and warm environment.
