"Was told I needed a general surgeon for carpal..."

After being referred to a neurologist was told I have all sorts of things wrong, even though I had already had two decompression ops, then to be told I needed a general surgeon to do carpal tunnel op and to get go to refer!!! Later received a letter saying I needed a follow up appt to look into other problems but 3 months later no appt. and when u try ringing u get u r 22nd in the queue please hold!, Definitely not good enough. Next port of call is P A L to see where we get.
