"Overall Care"

Excellent hospital and Consultants. Very comfortable stay in April and looks after well in aftercare as an outpatient. Food excellent to. Only criticism is why do hospital receptionists have to be so unaccomodating or talk over you. Not overly helpful when you ring in by phone.

Thank you for feedback , We are sorry to hear of your experience with the hospital receptionists. We have introduced a training programme for Reception staff which will incorporate call handling and customer service.
