"very efficient service"

I called the out of hours doctor service today(111) and I have to say that the man on the phone was very kind and helpful. The doctor from the hospital called me almost immediately and gave me an appointment in about two hours, that , considered my case, I think was a reasonable time of waiting( I was in pain caused by a cistitys). When I arrived there I waited about half an hour and I was treated with care and kindness by the doctor. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
