"Physio Redeems Bad experience suffered with Doctor"

Update from my post of yesterday.....Today I returned to Urgent Care Unit as per my previous post recently made regarding problem with my foot.I explained the pain and disappointment I had to the reception staff who were again so helpful and said I could see a physio on duty today, within two minutes of saying this person he reassured me and put right all the bad experience suffered with the Orthopedic Doctor on Friday. He explained my X ray in detail, gave me exercises, told me the workings of bones ligaments in my painful toe and foot, and give me options for further treatment he has restored my faith in Newham treatment thank you, and once again helpful Urgent CCare reception staff.
