My husband Peter has just spent the last 2wks on ward B12. From the very start his treatment and staffing levels have been better than any private hospital could provide. Every one is so helpful and so caring, the food is first class and nothing is too much trouble. a big big big thank you to the consultant and the entire team of staff on B12, l don't know where we would have been without any of you

Thank you so much for taking the time to write about your experience on B12. I will make sure that the ward manager is made aware of your praise so that she can inform all the multidisciplinary team that work on the ward. It is always a pleasure to let staff know that the care they give and their hard work is noted and appreciated.

I will also let the Medirest team know about the 'first class food'. I am sure they will appreciate your comments as well.
