"I have no complaints"

I had an appointment for a MRI Scan at 10.30am on the 28/01/09. I found the service given by all the staff that I had contact with excellent. I was dealt with swiftly from the moment I signed in. I was not kept waiting for more than a few minutes. I have no complaints about the medical service given. The only complaint I have is that BDGH is like a rabbit warren and although well signed it is was easy to lose your bearings in the labrinth of corridors.
