"The attention I received from ..."

About: Hospital Of St Cross (Rugby)

(as the patient),

What I liked

The attention I received from Reception, to the initial questioning by the Nurse for details of injury and completion of form and finally to the Male Doctor in the Walk-in-Care Surgery, was EXAMPLARY. I experienced excetional politeness, courtesy and full attention to my explanation of my injury. I received a constructive explanation and advice to proceed to reduce or negate the injury problem. I was away by approx 9.50am but not before I had passed on my sincere thanks to Reception.

What could be improved

The Rugby St Cross A & E staff were excellent. I was also in a position to witness their standard of attention to other patients awaiting treatment and can only but endorse my response as above. Highly commendable.

Anything else?

Please relay the sincere thanks of my wife and I to your A & E staff on duty this morning. I had occasion to praise Rugby St Cross following my replacement knee operations in Oct '05 & Nov '06, and it affords me great pleasure that I can do so again. Credit where credit is due.
