"Disappointing pain management."

About: Royal Free Hospital

Let me say I have been attending this hospital since 2010, the doctors at pain management and the secretaries and even some nurses were amazing, helpful, and very respectful . Except for one, who was very abrupt, refused to answer my questions. Or in any way give advice regarding my pain since it's her job to do so, gave me no opportunity to express my concerns and in the end, stated she refuses to deal with me, for what reason , I have no idea. I was almost in tears considering the pain I was in and the way she spoke to me , not considering I'm an oap in a lot of pain . Very disappointed. She is a disgrace to this fantastic hospital
