About: Central Lancashire PCT / Community nursing Royal Preston Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I have no complaints about my stay in the Royal Preston hospital, despite my terrible injuries.

Due to other conditions, I have a community matron who visits me. She is excellent and can be contacted between visits if I have any concerns. This is an excellent service and has ceratinly kept meo ut of hospital this winter.

It is good to hear that despite needing a stay in hospital, you were satisfied with your stay there.

In relation to the Community Matron Service provided by NHS Central Lancashire, I hope that the support you receive provides reassurance and helps you to manage your healthcare. Keeping patients out of hospital and in their chosen environment is one of the key aims of the service so it is good to hear that you feel this has been your experience.
