"I was so impressed with the ambulance crew"

(as the patient),

I want to say how impressed I was being treated by the ambulance team who came to attend when I fell during the night. I have recently had an operation on my knee which prevented me from kneeling so that I could then get up, nor could I use my arm as the fall had damaged my shoulder.

I wanted to let you know of the courtesy with which they treated me and the care they showed when they took me into Royal United Hospital. It seems I may have damaged my shoulder where I had had a previous operation and will be seeing a specialist on Monday to investigate this.

I was so impressed with the ambulance crew.
