What I liked

was addmitted to ward 3

staff on ward 3 were very good i was in annex

on my addmittance via A E

What could be improved

the dicharge system was told to come back next day for my meds .

or wait 4hrs to get meds

ive been in quite a lot hospitals and on discharge my meds are ready for me there and then

why is this still a problem at kings mill

as it seems to be an on going problem .

this matter has been brought up before

and still there is no improvement on this

patients are still having to wait for long periods

for meds or told come back next day .

as i told a staff nurse that if anything happens

to me that i hold hospital liable via my solictitor

this never use to hapen .

Anything else?

why was my wife not informed that i was in hospital until she recived atext from me saying was addmitted no one in AE asked who were treating me if wanted to have some one informed ,

Your concerns about discharge procedures and communication from Accident and Emergency is difficult to answer without having more specific details.
