"Bad staff attitude at minor injuries "

About: Wycombe Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

The nurse that dealt with my partner in minor injuries today had a extremely bad attitude towards us. The care/compassion policy that BHT have was truly let down by this member of staff. In future we will be attending wexham park A and E.
