Today I visited the Holly Suite for a Bronchosopy. I am absolutely blown away by the way I was treated and cared for by every single member of staff I met on my visit. Very professional. All the rooms are sparkling clean with nothing out of place. The whole procedure from checking in to discharge was the perfect balance between efficiency and care. This unit stands Head and shoulders above any other NHS facility I've ever been to.
