(as the patient),

I cannot fault the community matron at all as they are very kind. Skelmersdale arranges appointments for me and it is very easy to do this. They come out whenever you send for them and help me to take my medication. I could thank them all, though Emma and Nikki are so kind to me and keep track of how I am doing.
