Received excellent care throughout planned section (2nd baby) from all the teams and staff inc anaesthetics, midwives, obs through to support workers and catering. I was only in one night- a very positive experience and others shouldn't be put off as you can get home with baby and have less disturbance at home, just keep on top of pain relief. Previously also received great care and understanding on the early pregnancy unit (ward 62?).

It was reassuring to hear that the staff on the ward were able to provide the care you needed quickly and appropriately and we can assure you that we have passed on your kind thoughts to Ms Julie Hempstock (Lead Midwife for Intra-partum care) and the staff involved.
