"accident and emergency lack of care"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

My husband and I have been sat waiting even though gp rang ahead and surgical team agreed admission. Staff unhelpful even though plain to see my husband looks dreadful . Where has care and compassion and pride gone .... its certainly not here.
