About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Overall it was very good. I did end up ringing TRAQS myself because I was a little concerned that I hadn’t heard after the stated 5 days. I was told that they had only just received my details from my GP (8 days after I had seen my doctor). I don’t recall my GP mentioning a referral time ( she may have done and maybe I should have considered this). I think it would have been better if my doctor had mentioned that there could be an? day referral delay time thus meaning me not expecting contact after 5 days ( not a major issue or problem really).
