"Happy and confident with the level of customer service I have received"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was happy with the way my GP (Dr Goode) at Donnington doctors dealt with my issues. He was friendly and made me feel at ease.

I was contacted by TRAQS a day or two later and spoke to Louise who was very helpful and informative. I am happy and confident with the level of customer service I have received.
