"Long delays unacceptable"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital

I was disappointed by the level of service in the antenatal clinic.. We were kept waiting for 3 hours with only one information update during this time. I do not understand why staff did not tell us to come back later. It is particularly uncomfortable waiting for such a long time when pregnant.
