"Bishop Auckland ACU review"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

If you are given the option of going somewhere else then do not choose here. The consultant at Bishop ACU only works certain days a week and is away on holiday/ at another clinic on most occasions that I have called. So when you are told that you will get a follow up appointment in 6 weeks, this will be 4 months later. So each follow up appointment will take months before you even start any treatment. There is no sense of urgency at this place. Everyone know that the sooner you get fertility treatment done the better as fertility decreases with age. The nurses were ok. I have asked to be referred elsewhere and hope to never have to deal with Bishop again. The waiting time may be longer elsewhere but an extra months' wait in the beginning is much better than going to Bishop.
