"Arthroscopy of left knee"

About: Nuffield Health, Ipswich Hospital

My whole experience was pretty bad. Felt I would recover well from my operation. But I was never explained what was found wrong with my knee, I had to keep e-mailing (which took ages to get a reply from. Turns out I have grade 4 degenerative change in my trochlear which will lead to arthritis. But I was told at first that there was only a little bit of wear in there. So I would say the after care has been quite shocking. Also Nuffield didn't supply my medical insurance with the right documents to pay my statements off leading to them referring it to a debt collector company. I tried to communicate but didn't feel Nuffield communicated very well back with me.
