"Staff Attitude "

About: Heartlands Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as other),

Staff on Ward 22 have excellent people skills, they are genuinely caring, reliable and helpful. My uncle was on their ward for 3 weeks.

Thank you all!

He has since been moved to Ward 27. OMG what a difference, I am disgusted with the lack of people skills staff have on that ward. To me they are rude and do not seem to have anytime to talk to the carers or visitors and, in my opinion, they are overall right rude. I think they should take training from Ward 22 staff.
