"Support from a community navigator"

About: Turning Point Mental Health Services / Birmingham Community Navigators

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had recently been turned down for ESA. I had no money, no food, no phone and little electric or gas. I phoned the Community navigator service and they came out to visit me within 24 hours. They gave me a foodbank voucher straight away. It was such a fast response.
