"From arrival staff were available, polite and..."

About: Warwick Hospital

I am a retired physician and i was recently referred to Warwick Hospital and am delighted to report on a very positive experience. I was contacted on the day of the referral by telephone and the date of the consultation was agreed. On arrival, I found the hospital, which is perhaps not a new building, immaculately clean and well signposted. In the Keith Lee Suite I was welcomed, advised of the process and kept continuously updated on progress. I was supervided throughout and,on referral to the Endoscopy Suite, the process unfolded seamlesses. Time from consultaion to endoscopy was two days. I cannot imagine it being less. My experience in the Endoscopy Suite was equally encouraging. From the receptionist, through the conduct of the procedure, to recovery and discharge I was continuously accompanied, imformed and reassured. On departure, I left with a detailed account of what had been found, a prescription (course of medicines provided onsite) and the plan for progress and review. I would like to congratulate all the members of staff involved in my care. Not only was the process prompt, correct and effectively deliviered, but their attitude and manner throughout was exemplary.
