"Filthy waiting room in blood department &..."

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

The main outpatient area for blood tests etc is crowded, has stalls selling food and drinks and therefore has chairs and flooring that desperately requires proper cleaning. The nurse that was taking blood was indifferent, could care less attitude. Discussed samples not being labelled but didn't do it so no test completed. The sooner all the NHS is split up and privatised to achieve a market and better standards the better.
