I have just returned from an out patients appointment in urology, my name was being called as I turned the corner into the waiting area, I was escorted to a cubical and saw the doctor right away, we discussed the treatment for my condition agreed on a plan for the near future and left all within fifteen minutes.It doesn't get better than this, well done to everyone involved
