After a couple of appointments with physios at Lowe House for individual joint problems I asked for an assessment appointment with one of the advanced practitioners.

The assessment was excellent. The practitioner was warm, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I felt listened to and that my joint and soft tissue problems were thoroughly understood.

My own approach to dealing with fibromyalgia (weight loss, dietary supplements, homeopathic remedy and increased exercise) were validated and I was given advice about further action I can take to deal with specific issues. I was delighted to have had a detailed hands on examination and feel that I now understand my body a lot better.

I have today had a further assessment of problems with my neck and shoulders and again the assessor Judith Heaton was professional, caring and knowledgeable and had good listening skills. I left feeling confident that she had understood the issues which led me to the appointment.
